"Achei ótima localização, apenas 2 quadras da praia e do calçadão. Os funcionários são bem educados. A cama é bem grande e as instalações em geral são boas. Wi-fi e estacionamento grátis foram pontos positivos também. Pontos negativos: 1) - apesar de ter pedido quarto de não fumante, o cheiro de cigarro me parecia acentuado toda vez que entrava no quarto. 2) - quando precisei de gelo as 2 maquinas não funcionaram."

"The management company, particularly Barbara, was very helpful and prompt in replying to all questions. Five stars for this! The house was spacious and accommodated our group of 13; however, the house is in need of updating. The dryer went out during our stay but was repaired but all appliances need to be upgraded. Pressure washing is needed for the exterior as we were unable to use the outdoor furniture due to the bird droppings and spider webs. Carpet is also in need of replacement. Although...

"The property is beautiful. It sits right on the bay and the view is amazing. The town is so clean and quiet. The area is family friendly and each establishment felt like you entered an aunt’s home. I absolutely loved it. And they have free EV parking at the resort!"

"The cabin is a bit small for four people, but just right for two. The furnishings are worn but comfortable. We had trouble accessing wi-fi at first, but an agent came right over and fixed it. Lots of construction noise in the area, bit that will soon go away. My only criticism is that the den has no lighting, and there aren’t enough electrical outlets."

"When we got to the house, the pictures didn’t do it justice. It was very clean! And was so easy to get around to everything. It’s about a 10min drive to the public beaches. My family and I had a great time with our dogs. The yard was very clean and we had an easy time spraying the pups off with the hose."

"Everything about the Schooner is amazing! Only one small critique is the toilets. They dont flush properly and always clog. Really annoying when you have a family of four and we have to call the front desk and wait for a plunger since they dont provide a plunger in each room. Fix the toilet flush or put a plunger in every room."

"Our stay was overall pretty good . The staff were very kind and tried to accommodate our needs . The one area that needs improvement is the dining option for breakfast. I would suggest setting up a breakfast station offering scrambled eggs, meats , a waffle maker , toaster and pastry options . Allow your guests to prepare their own food . Besides - the menu doesn’t have too many options and they run out of everything. "
