"We stayed at Central Suite for a wedding in downtown Golden. The place was convenient to all of our downtown activities and in excellent proximity to local hikes. We also drove to Rocky Mountain National Park one day which was a nice and easy drive. Overall the place was clean, though with a few dust bunnies. The kitchenette was convenient and had all the needed accessories. "

"This property was not as advertised. The house on the first photo is the family home (front of the house Norma available to renters-which is misleading) and the rental unit is actually a room at the back of the house with no way to even lock it from the renters side. It is not a studio apartment, rather a room ( with a mini fridge and coffee maker) and bathroom in a house (a mini fridge and coffee maker). "It was easy to park and get in and out of. It was quiet and has a nice kitchen. "

"Host was responsive and helpful when contacted. Overall a positive experience. The only issue we had was the place appeared to have been hurriedly cleaned prior to our arrival. There was something sticky on the front of the refrigerator and on the floor of one of the bedrooms, which we were able to clean no problem. Otherwise a positive stay!"

"I enjoyed the bath but couldn't get the Jacuzzi to function. The heater sounds like the house is preparing for liftoff it is super loud. You can only use one kitchen appliance at a time and there is no control for the climate so it was too warm. Also it all or nothing for lighting. Lamps would go a long way. The supply of shampoo and conditioner was plenty as well as water and coffee "

"The house was very nice and enough space for 5 people and had every essential for cooking. The beds are pretty big and so was the couch. Only thing that I would recommend fixing is a bit more improvement in cleanliness, it’s not dirty dirty but under the beds need to be broiled. "

"Space was perfect! even with the proximity to E Colfax Ave. the home feels like a safe haven considering it's reputation and the activity which occurrs along the throughfare."

"Fantastic location!! Walking, easy access to all the fun things to do in Old Town Arvada. Comfortable place with lots of handy amenities. It is small, so don't bring a lot of stuff. Host is great. "
