"Friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast."

"Property was excellent. We had a suite with 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa bed. The suite was very spacious. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever had. Eggs and oatmeal were perfectly cooked. There were 2 different kinds of sausages as well as a waffle station and the usual cold breakfast items. Fitness room was a good size and had several different pieces of equipment including weights, kettlebells, ellipticals and treadmills. We would definitely stay here again...

"Breakfast was good"

"Overall sanitation was excellent."

"Traveling, so I only stayed one night. Only thing that stood out was that the desk clerk saw that I was elderly and limping slightly, and gave me a room really close to the front desk, and the breakfast bar. I thought that was pretty thoughtful. Didn't get his name but he was very young and courteous...."

"The place is fine for a quick one night"

"What I liked was that everything was as expected and I didn't have to do anything except go to sleep comfortably."

"No outside lighting at all in the parking lot was so dark you couldn't see to get inside the building when asked the staff about the lighting acted like it was no big deal and stated he used his phone light to see how to get to his car after his shift was over, that's hard to do when you are disabled and use a walker to walk with"

"They downgraded my room from a king to a double because they were overbooked and had no king rooms left. I was there to enjoy a getaway as a couple; however, I was forced to take the double room and could not sleep in one bed with my partner. On top of that, during checkout, they told us they would provide a $40 refund for the inconvenience, but I have received nothing, and it has been two weeks since I sent them a reminder email regarding the status of the refund."

"Room smelled like dog, carpet was nasty, hadn’t Been vacuumed in a while"

"The room wasn't ready when I got there. It's was a no smoking but smelled terrible of cigarette smoke. There was a puppy in the room next to mine that cried half the night. No coffee cups or creamer. Definitely not worth what I had to pay. Had to ask for ice, they would give it out in a plastic bag. Definitely will not stay there again."
