"Property was excellent. We had a suite with 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa bed. The suite was very spacious. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever had. Eggs and oatmeal were perfectly cooked. There were 2 different kinds of sausages as well as a waffle station and the usual cold breakfast items.
Fitness room was a good size and had several different pieces of equipment including weights, kettlebells, ellipticals and treadmills. We would definitely stay here again...

"Property was very nice. Very close to the new river gorge bridge & lots of great hiking trails. Breakfast was very nice and we ate dinner one night at the restaurant there and it was good. "No outside lighting at all in the parking lot was so dark you couldn't see to get inside the building when asked the staff about the lighting acted like it was no big deal and stated he used his phone light to see how to get to his car after his shift was over, that's hard to do when you are disabled and use a walker to walk with"

"They downgraded my room from a king to a double because they were overbooked and had no king rooms left. I was there to enjoy a getaway as a couple; however, I was forced to take the double room and could not sleep in one bed with my partner. On top of that, during checkout, they told us they would provide a $40 refund for the inconvenience, but I have received nothing, and it has been two weeks since I sent them a reminder email regarding the status of the refund."
