Guests have full access to the entire home, the screened lanai with the hot tub, the patio and yard, the garage, and the included golf cart.

The Villages amenities (Resident ID required): Access to pools, pickleball, golf, and fitness classes requires a Village Resident ID card ($50) — we handle the process before you arrive. Guest passes are available at any Regional Recreation Center, and a small greens fee (~$11) applies at executive courses.

We're available by message throughout your stay and typically respond within an hour. For anything urgent, you can reach us directly by phone.

Check-in is fully self-guided via smart lock, we'll send your door code before arrival. No need to coordinate timing with us.

We want your stay to be seamless. If anything needs attention, a question about the golf cart, the home, or The Villages community — just reach out and we'll take care of it.

Self check-in via keypad. The home is 100% smoke-free indoors. The included golf cart seats 2 and is street-legal on The Villages' designated cart paths; a valid driver's license is required and it is driven at your own risk.

GOLF CART: A golf cart is included with your stay (seats 2). To use it, we just need a quick signed waiver + the one-time $20 cart insurance per stay. The $20 is not a rental fee; it is an insurance fee that provides coverage during your stay. Once that's done we'll text you the access code. The key/lockbox is on the cart itself. Only licensed drivers 25+ may operate the cart.
