"Property is in the northern part of The Villages which was perfect for us because of where other members of our family live. Convenient to grocery store, gas station. Neighbors were friendly. Overall, a nice place to stay."

"We had a couple of extra days in Florida and wanted to see what the Villages was all about. It was a whirlwind, but this location was perfect for us to explore a large chunk of the central part of the Villages in the minimum time. The house was nice and well appointed. Could have used a primer on how to use the diverter valve in the second bathroom to take a shower. But, a google search revealed the answer. We would stay here again for sure. Hopefully longer next time."

"I had a wonderful three-month vacation here. The house is just as stated, with everything that I needed. The backyard is enclosed for a pet. There is a golf cart included. The hosts are so attentive, want everything to be perfect for one's stay. I couldn't of asked for a better location. I would positively recommend this home. I will be back also."

"We decided to check out The Villages since our kids will be off to college in few years. The villa is newer or updated and very clean. The size and layout was great for 2 adults and 2 older teens. The neighborhood is nice and a short golf cart ride to Sumpter Square for dinner, Starbucks, music, groceries and light shopping (few boutiques and gift shops). "This is a beautifully decorated and very clean house. Check in and check out is a breeze. This is the 2nd time I've rented from the Bartons and it has been easy and great both times. Wouldn't ever renting one of their properties. They are just what was advertised."
