You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated with comfort in mind. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals or entertain new friends. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, walk-in closet, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower. The both guest bedrooms have a queen size bed for your guests. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. Of course don't forget about the screened in lanai off the back of the house with comfortable seating to enjoy your morning coffee or juice and paper. It is also a great place to end a busy day of activities with a cold drink before heading out to the town square and dance the night away.

This home comes complete and includes a gas golf cart, BBQ, & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

NOTE: GOLF CART IS PROVIDED AS A COURTESY FROM THE OWNER IF FOR ANY REASON THE CART DOES NOT FUNCTION PROPERLY YOU WILL NOT BE GIVEN A REPLACEMENT CART. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RENTING YOUR OWN CART.
