"This is a nice, budget-friendly option. The neighborhood and outdoor space lacks a bit of appeal, but nonsmoking room was nice. I’d ask for nonsmoking and first floor if smell of smoke bothers you. Upstairs hall (our second room in group) was pretty pungent of smoke and the hall wreaks. But no smoking room was great. No complaints."

"I was a little disappointed that the hot tub was not working, but outside of that the staff was very friendly and great since the first day up until we left the room was clean. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay there without any issues."

"The tub was really badly stained and looked dirty. The room floor was dirty. The sink wouldn't turn all the way off. The bed was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and professional. "

"Staff was amazing and friendly, rooms were clean and quiet, bathrooms were also clean with lots of towels. They also provided you with anything extra you asked for very quickly . Free coffee and tea in the lobby with enough variety . The location of the hotel is also perfect , very close to the highway and less than 20 minutes drive from almost all the attractions."

"Everything was great. The only issue was the bathroom sink had a really slow drain after brushing my teeth. The water just stayed in the sink."

"This is a lower price property with older buildings but for the price it was good! It was close toy work and was quiet at night. I didn't hear anyone after 10pm. Room was clean and had basics. I would stay again if in town! It was better than I expected for the price!"

"We stayed here after a softball tournament in Southhampton, pa. Hotel was very close to the field about 20 minute ride. Hotel is newly renovated. Room was very clean! The hotel was within walking distance to the parx casino! We took a 2 minute uber ride there. Would definitely stay here again."
