Staff was rude and impatient. My husband and I felt that we were being treated unfairly and racist because #1 we paid for a king bedroom with a sofabed and they put us in a 2 queen bedroom on the 3rd floor. When we got to the room and noticed that it wasn't what we paid for, we called the front desk and told them and she was very rude and trying to rush us off the phone. You couldn't understand what she was saying because her English wasn't understandable. So we went downstairs to let her know and she said that they didn't have any king beds but they will put us in that room tomorrow. So tomorrow comes and we had a few things to do so we packed our bags and took them with us to be prepared to go into the new room. When we made it back with our bag because we downsized, the same woman that checked us in the night before asked us were those our bags and we said yes why? So she proceeded to ask if all of our things were out of the room. We said yes because you stated that we were going in the room that we paid for. So she had this rude attitude and was talking under her breath and just acting like we were asking for something special as if we didn't pay for what we paid for. So she ended up taking her time to give us a key to the new room. And mind you, she lied about them not having any king bedrooms the night before because we looked it up and they still had 5 king bedrooms available!!! This is my 1st time leaving a review and I will NEVER recommend this hotel for anyone!!!
