"All perfect and only problem was the prepayed booking done by hotels.com so the Island Suites charge the room fee but it was not the failure diring the check in and she, the front desk only follows the procedures. Today before check all was solved and the manager already done the credit on my credit card charge! My great tks to all Island team@"

"Room was great - modern hotel with everything virtually new. Staff were friendly and free breakfast is great. The location is great too, being the closest hotel to London Bridge. The only point to note is that rooms on the highway side of the hotel are quite noisy. The side with the bridge views is much better."

"Had a wonderful time. Rented a pontoon twice - very reasonable. Room was clean, friendly staff, reasonable prices. Pet friendly. Some restrictions on hours at general store, and coffee bar due to off season"

"The room was far from spotless. Dirt in the corners of the bathroom. Bath mat was dirty. I asked for more towels because we only had on set for two of us, we were given one more bath towel not wash rag or hand towel. There was a screw loose on the shower faucet that my husband nearly cut his finger on, he screwed it back in though. Asked for more coffee, as we only got one and were there two nights, we did not receive any. The room was VERY noisy. adjoining room wall was like tissue paper!...
