"The room was clean, one bed was good the other was hard like a box spring. The people above us we could hear every footstep they took. The staff wasn’t around we had to call a number and then they would come to the front office. The breakfast was not great, the bread was hard like it had been left out."

"The King suite was very large, bathroom was a good size. Bed was comfortable. Mini-fridge was useful, but was missing 2 shelves in it and no freezer. The bathroom sink was missing the plug. Room was at the very end of the hallway, so it was quite quiet. The morning breakfast is a great feature, but there happened to be sports team (s) at the hotel and they completely took over the breakfast room. There was even parents standing to eat, yet I saw kids not eating and sitting at tables...
