"The service was great. We were greeted with a smile. The young lady at the desk was very professional and courteous. She recommended restaurants close by, but we live in the area and knew the area well. The bathroom was spotless. The carpet was not run down like in some hotels I've been to. We loved the shower. "I stayed at this hotel twice and never paid a deposit fee. I then reserve a room again, and I went to check in and the guy at the front desk said that I had to pay a 250$ deposit on top of my room. He was being very rude and nasty. It wasn’t about the money at all but why was I not charged before. "Hotel was nice but we hand no blackout drapes, just sheer, thin white/cream curtains. A mall cop was just continually driving around hotel parking hot with his emergency lights on from dusk until dawn. Was very hard to sleep. Hotel staff said that this happened there every single night. I don’t know how anyone gets any rest. "
