The room was clean, the bed was comfy and the bathroom had no issues. The location is terrific if one needs to stay in the airport area. The shuttle was available for a 3-minute ride to the terminal. The hotel staff did their best to make the stay as pleasant as possible. Coffee in the lobby was always fresh and tasty. Individual packaging was used for all cups and utensils, the staff was wearing masks at all times and, surprisingly, always the way the masks are supposed to be worn.
The management used the pandemic as an opportunity to lay off most of their cleaning staff. As a result, rooms are not serviced and towels are never replaced. If a fresh towel is needed, there is a supply at the front desk. Breakfast options are limited, to say the least. The restaurant was not working and refrigerated breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, and muffins were the only to-go options.
Marriott is my preferred brand and I was not disappointed. Certainly recommended if you are ok with the cons.
