"We had a great stay, the staff were extremely helpful. The complementary breakfast each morning was delicious with a lot of variety. The beds were comfortable. The only complaints we had was the extremely loud screaming child that sounded like they were right outside our door ( which was not the hotels fault , but maybe a little more soundproofing could help) and the pillows were flat. "I can't say enough good things about this hotel. The mattress and pillows are some of the most comfortable I've ever slept on in a hotel. The major positive for me was the shower. Every hotel I've ever stayed in has hard water and the water here felt like it was treated with a water softener. One of the best showers in any hotel ever! "
