It had some potential but i changed my mind when i checked in. I book (paid in full)two rooms and expedia did not have my 2nd reservation on file with hotel. It was unacceptable because the agent and i had to go back and fourth trying to get the second room that was fully paid for to show in there hotel system so i could stay at there hotel for the night. Expedia you suck!
My complaints with the hotel I stayed in a suite. At first it appeared to be clean but the fixtures,handles were unclean, the fridge was dirty, and i stayed for 3 days the first day in my room the air conditioner was not working and the closet was broken. I was unable to use the closet to hang my clothes. The maintence man came the following day but the closet was hard to get into, and this actually disrupted my stay because i had to get up early and wait for maintenence.The snacks were overpriced do not buy unless you check in late and everywhere is closed. Walmart is a better option to shop or other stores in the area. The fitness area is small. They do not clean your room, no housekeeping until you reserve for five days. So if you leave before then your room will not be clean. No housekeeper to take your trash you have to take it to the first floor. You will clean. The agentscould of been a lot more friendlier, and the woman hotel agent was a little rude. My suite was unsatisfactory because some things had to be fixed in my suite, and was not properly clean. I wish i was refunded for this room. Not wal
