"Clean and quiet"

"I’ve stayed here before and didn’t have a bad experience but this time around was rough. We called at noon and asked for an early check in. They said we could check in at 1. We went at 2 and it wasn’t ready. We said we’d just be back at 3 for normal check in time. We walk into our room and they cleaner is in there still. She said it would be another 15 mins. We waited in the car. Finally at 3:35 she was done. We go in and got settled. We had to tiptoe in the room bc the floors were wet. There...

"Our room was clean and comfortable. Heat & cooling controls were easy to operate. Amenities were very good. It felt like an oasis with private parking right at our door and outdoor seating. Walking around the art center we were surrounded by unique art decor and creative and welcoming artists. The staff were friendly, attentive and recommended local places of interest. We highly recommend a stay here. "

The refrigerator was unplugged and moved away from an electrical outlet. I had to move it. 5. The mattress on one bed squeaked whenever I sat or laid on it. 6. "The room they gave us looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Smelled like sewage. Used (almost empty) toilet paper in the bathroom with no extra rolls. They didn’t put ANY towels in the bathroom. None at all. The tv wasn’t working. The breakfast selection is tiny and everything looked gross and old. "

"We spent one night here. The staff was friendly and got us into our room on time. The room was clean, although a bit small (I had to squeeze by the ac unit to get into and out of bed). We did not use the amenities, but they did look nice. The cupboard was cute and stocked. "
