"This entire facility is tired, worn out, and in desperate need of renovation. The dishwasher in the room had an access panel laying on the floor and was obviously damaged from repeatedly trying to properly reattach it. The bath tub had an unsightly gouge in it. The walls and furniture were beat up and worn. The staff was pleasant and professional."

"Staff were great. The front doors were broken and the whole place smelled kind of wet. My first room had water leaking through the ceiling of the bathroom. They upgraded me to a nicer suite on the second floor. It was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable, internet good. Good value for the low price. Very sad American style hotel. No character. Probably fun for kids who don't know any better (there 's a pool)."

"This was by far one of the WORST hotels/motels I've ever been inside of. My transaction was never refunded and I didnt even stay, because of the infestation of roaches in each room they had attempted to put me in. Every time I'd open the door to a new room, roaches (dead and alive) would be the first thing you'd notice on the floors, walls, and shower curtains. Debris, trash, and dirt surrounding the entire floor. Absolutely unpresentable, extremely filthy, and horrific roach infestation that...

"The room itself was ok for the price but A/C barely worked, no cups or any containers for ice. Upstairs room had what sounded like kids running across the floor after midnight and lots of noise outside. But you get what you pay for so spend another $20 bucks and get something a little better."

"We have stayed here before as we visit relatives in San Angelo twice a year. If you like artsy gardens, art festivals outside your door, artist shops, nice rooms, with good people to meet, or just walking around the garden, this is a this is the place for you. Everybody is very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and well stocked with snacks, coffee, or tea. This is not your typical Holiday Inn or Hilton. We left on a Sunday with no one renting our room that day, so there was no rush at all...
