"Traveling to a place like Nashville there’s a level of expectation when it comes to hospitality. The graduate seriously lacked on basic needs. For the amount your paying, there is no cleaning service done in the room and with no restaurant on site you are forced to DoorDash food that they won’t offer to bring from lobby to the door themselves. No, that isn’t a requirement of staff but it does help to facilitate a good experience. Also with that being said with no restaurant on site ATLEAST...

"Very well maintained hotel with clean and spacious rooms. Perfectly located, walking distance to the Centennial Park and Vanderbilt University. Also several restaurants nearby. Parking is a bit pricey, but within range comparing with other hotels in the region. As always, Hilton is a safe choice."

"Our room was great and super clean. However, the staff at the front desk in the morning were rude and unprofessional. We extended our stay and needed to check back in and they called us at 9am. Check out is at 11 and check in is at 4. What was the rush to get my credit card number when I just stayed 3 nights without any problems. The female staff in the morning was very rude!!!!
