"Breakfast choices were excellent, staff friendly and responded to our issues. plunger stuck in the close mode, water pressure not great in the shower, shower head did not seat well in the pole that holds the handheld shower head, and the water efficiency toilet was slow to refill and flushed poorly. We didn’t really like the TV remote control, difficult to understand for seniors. Bed was comfy, automated opaque shades and blockout shade was wonderful. The full-size refrigerator was terrific. ...
