"The room was very clean. The workers were very pleasant, but they put us in room 129 which is the last room right beside of the back exit and everybody has to go out the back. Exit to smoke because it’s a non-smoking establishment. So all night long whether someone coming or going or smoking or whatever every time that door opened I heard it. I am a very light sleeper and I did not get any sleep. The back of the building smoking area was like a revolving door that never stopped."

When we returned from Kings Island, my son opened our room door without a key card. How long our room and personal property was accessible, I don't know. When I went to the front desk, he immediately came with me to our room and reset the lock with a "watch" on his wrist. They have over 90 security cameras on property, but the fact that our room was not...

"We love Drury because the rooms are always clean and no mold in the bathrooms. We enjoy the Kickback dinner and the free breakfast so we don't have to find a restaurant to eat at. And I enjoy getting in the hot tub/jacuzzi by the pool to relax after a long drive!"

"This is an incredibly nice hotel with lots of interesting artifacts on display, an excellent conference room, nice continental breakfast, and very comfortable and spacious rooms. There are no elevators but there are only 2 floors. This may influence your decision whether to stay here if stairs are a problem for you. The staff members are articulate, very friendly and helpful. "The covers on the bed looked stained, and furniture in the room had seen better days. The material on the chairs was cracked and peeling, and the bedsprings were busted on one side of the bed. Our key card didn't work and we had to go back downstairs for help and to get a new key. The woman who helped get us a new key was friendly, but she was the only staff member we saw the whole time we were there. Check in/check out is wayyyy more complicated with the electronic check in/out system kiosk. It...

"The renovated suite was wonderful! The breakfasts were really good. Several of the breakfast supplies were low or out and when asking the staff, she said to look at the other stations and continued to stay in the kitchen area. Not friendly."
