Maureen is a perfect host -- precise directions and instructions, and a level of thoughtfulness that goes above and beyond. I look forward to staying there again! "

"We had an excellent stay at Herb Cottage. It was charming and homey. Check in was simple, guidelines clear. Lots of privacy which was great! I will say that although you could walk to downtown Woodstock, there are no sidewalks and I personally would not have felt safe walking down the road to town, especially since there is little shoulder."

We enjoyed fireflies from the hot tub at night, had cocktails out on the deck in the evening, and enjoyed all of the great recommendations for local restaurants and hikes from Saundra. She was a wonderful hostess! We can’t wait to come back!"

"The cabin is nicely decorated and very clean. We had everything we needed but missed having a microwave to heat up drinks. The outdoor space is beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed the jacuzzi and fire pit. The owners were great to communicate with! We couldn’t have had a better time and will definitely try to come back."

"My family stayed here with our dog for one night. I wish we could have stayed longer! The cottage was immaculate, cozy, and welcoming. We had the pleasure of speaking with the host Debbie, and she was lovely! We didn’t get to use the fire pit area, but we enjoyed the view of the pond. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and other necessities, and the beds were comfortable for a solid night’s rest. We hope to stay here again in the future!"
