"This was a nice hotel. It was renovated in the spring of 2025. It is not fancy but a clean and nice place to stay for a weekend visit. We needed to be there for a funeral. The hotel is close to restaurants, a grocery store and Deer Park Mall, which is a fabulous open air mall"

"Overall a decent stay, but amenities fell short of expectations The room itself was comfortable and met expectations, which was a highlight of the stay. However, a few areas left much to be desired given the price point. The breakfast offering was noticeably limited — just breads, yogurt, and waffles, with no juice or beverages available. "The worst of the worst. Internet never worked. All night with nothing. Staff incompetent!! People outside your door all night walking and talking. I could go on and on but I'll leave it here."

"The lobby looks nice, but the room was dirty. It looked like it’s not maintained or clean. Saw a lot of spiderwebs in one of the rooms. It smell like cigarettes not the best experience the staff was OK but the rooms were poor."

"The bed was uncomfortable you can feel the coils in that mattress.The room smelled like cigarettes. The neighbors were extremely loud. The door slamming was ridiculous the vents in the hallway must of not been working properly the hallways smelled really bad like food/ body odor.The front desk person did not have much to say besides do you need air fresheners. Finally we asked to get moved 2nd room was not bad but the mattress was the same. Great idea but it needs a lot of improvement."

"The room was clean. They did have free parking and breakfast included. They have 2 waffle makers and different bagels and bread to choose from. Juice, coffee and water. They did have a pool which is one of the reason why we picked the place but the heater was not working but my son were still able to enjoy it. Hopefully they do fix the heater because it was cold But other than that we enjoyed our stay"

"Sometimes my opinion of a place depends on the quality of breakfast, and if it was free. Breakfast wasn't free, and it was just okay. Not the fault of the hotel, but I should have been able to walk to the Convention Center, but due to construction all routes were blocked, which required getting an Uber, since I had no car. The staff was pleasant, the room was clean. Really a fine place. I'd stay there again."
