"This was a nice hotel. It was renovated in the spring of 2025. It is not fancy but a clean and nice place to stay for a weekend visit. We needed to be there for a funeral. The hotel is close to restaurants, a grocery store and Deer Park Mall, which is a fabulous open air mall"

"Recentemente tive a oportunidade de me hospedar neste hotel e, de forma geral, a experiência foi extremamente positiva. Um dos pontos que mais me chamou atenção logo ao chegar foi a limpeza impecável dos ambientes. Desde a recepção até os corredores, tudo estava sempre muito bem higienizado, com fragrância agradável e aparência organizada. O quarto, em especial, se destacou nesse quesito: roupas de cama e toalhas limpas, banheiro brilhando e nenhum vestígio de poeira ou sujeira nos móveis ou...

"Please don't book this hotel, it might be a little less money but it will cost you your sanity. Filthy is the best way to put it, in service, in cleanliness, in caring, in amenities. Don't expect a clean room, or anything else you might be hoping for. Please, please, save yourself from this disaster. 🙏"

"Sometimes my opinion of a place depends on the quality of breakfast, and if it was free. Breakfast wasn't free, and it was just okay. Not the fault of the hotel, but I should have been able to walk to the Convention Center, but due to construction all routes were blocked, which required getting an Uber, since I had no car. The staff was pleasant, the room was clean. Really a fine place. I'd stay there again."

"The bed was uncomfortable you can feel the coils in that mattress.The room smelled like cigarettes. The neighbors were extremely loud. The door slamming was ridiculous the vents in the hallway must of not been working properly the hallways smelled really bad like food/ body odor.The front desk person did not have much to say besides do you need air fresheners. Finally we asked to get moved 2nd room was not bad but the mattress was the same. Great idea but it needs a lot of improvement."

"Room needed an upgrade. All 3 lamp shades were damaged, toilet ran all night, tub dripped all the time. TV did not work and front desk worker said she did not know how to fix and we had to wait til 11pm for help. Asked for another room and she said she could not do that for us. Dresser handle broke and air conditioner frame broke. Front desk no where to help check out. Heard all other guests, walls very thin. I do have photos"

"This is a bare bones hotel. There is nothing provided in the room except a bar of soap and a few towels. Good thing we brought our own shampoo and conditioner. There were not even and curtains and the blinds were broken in our room (they were missing the turning rod you use to close them) The staff is also not onsite 24/7 which was a first - I have never seen this at a hotel."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful, but overall the hotel felt dated and underwhelming for a property presenting itself as a resort. The rooms were average, and the building itself feels very old with limited renovations. The pillows were honestly some of the worst I’ve experienced at a hotel - very lumpy and uncomfortable, and definitely in need of replacement. Overall, I’d consider this more of a 3-star hotel experience than a true resort stay."

"My stay was good until the last 24 hours. Let me say staff was great. Mihir was so helpful and so was See, not sure if I’m spelling her name right. So, the last 24 hours I saw 4 roaches, I was itching uncontrollably and unpacked and shook all my belongings twice for fear of taking them with me. I did not sleep last night because I was fearful of them crawling on me. I will never stay here again and do not recommend. I understand people are not all clean but nothing was done for my discomfort or...
