"We loved our stay at this Springhill. We were greeted very kindly by the woman at the front desk. Our room was super cozy and spacious. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was big with a nice walk-in shower. The only thing that was not great was the shower pressure. Overall, we were very pleased and will stay at this hotel again."

"We got a Mountain View king room. However the Mountain View was around the corner if you looked. The room was very spacious but the hallways smell of nicotine. Feel like there is something that can be done. But I understand there is smoking allowed. Signage could be better. Had dinner at guy fierey and gave a lot of food and it was really good. "This has been the worst place I’ve stayed in years. The air conditioning is fixed, and no matter how much we tried to make it colder it would revert to the setting they had it on. Second, the area where the hotel is located has a lot of homeless and sketchy people. Third, at 3 AM a train passes that shakes where you’re staying. In short, I had a horrible night, couldn’t sleep because of the heat, and there’s no front desk to file a complaint with. And finally, checking in is another problem. If...
