"Staff is non-existent. I did see some people cleaning rooms. Self check-in and self-check-out. I was told it would be by text, but all instructions came by email, so I missed the check-out instructions. I was long gone when I saw it. No coffee in the morning is major!!! Better instructions for Roku TV and for the A/C split unit would be nice. Parking was insufficient, so I parked on the lawn the first night. Our room only had sheer curtains on a first floor. Privacy or room darkening shades...

"Don’t let the outside scare you away from this inn. It is a work in progress and to date all of the work has been done inside. The inside is spacious, clean, and appealing. You won’t be disappointed if you stay in room four. We didn’t stay in the other room so I can’t speak to them."

"O hotel fica a meio caminho entre cidades. Esta instalado numa estrutura muito antiga, com piso desnivelado e que range, uma escada com degraus bem altos, fora do padrão. O quarto é de dimensões razoáveis mas com teto a menos de 2,20 m de altura. O ar condicionado não estava ligado (houve dias de 23/24 gráus.O banheiro pequeno, com uma pia pequena e um chuveiro mínimo. Não houve serviço de arrumação ou troca de toalhas. "I stayed for 4 days / 3 nights in the apartment and it was super cute. I loved the location since it is so close to town and you can walk everywhere and enjoy Shelburne Falls. There is really no need to drive anywhere. This is a good location to get around to other parts of western Mass. For the stay, there were 2 of us and there was plenty of room. The dining area and kitchen were great. I don't think we ever sat in the living room, but it was nice and cozy. The shower was a little tiny...

"Beautiful, quaint Inn . We had 3 single rooms that worked perfectly for our golf clinic weekend. An easy drive to a fabulous diner for breakfast and close to the golf course."
