"Stayed at this hotel for the weekend. Very nice hotel. Check in was easy. Stayed in king size bed room, with couch sofa. It was nice, didn’t use the sofa, but the room size was good for 2 ppl. Maybe it would be alittle crowded with more. Their beds are really comfortable. And showers have great pressure. The toilet acted up on our second day, but smone came out and took care of it right away. The only con I’d give is for their buffet breakfast they offer 3 different kinds of bacon products. It...

"Our room was ok, shade was broken, some pretty bad stains on the carpet that may have been spilled food or possibly vomit. Tub/shower was dingy. Definitely in need of a remodel. Rooms are cleaned every other day which is not what we would expect but seems to be a theme since Covid. I had to ask twice for basics such as clean towels and coffee supplies. When housekeeping finally came after the second request they were very accommodating. Nice location though, plenty of nice restaurants nearby."

"I didn’t expect the pool to be closed in May, but it was a closed for the season. The breakfast was excellent every morning with lots of options and responsive staff. The hotel staff were nice and responsive. No trouble getting extra linens, blankets or towels. I was by the exit door that slammed quite a bit. Otherwise it was a quiet place to stay for a few days. Only 2 Accessible rooms in the hotel. So be sure to call and verify. I selected accessible room through Expedia and did not...

"Location was good. Our towels were dirty. We wanted to call and tell them, our phone did not work and by the phone it was sticky along with the phone.. Lemon water was empty at night and mid morning. Tables for breakfast were not wiped off. Girl this morning was on the phone. Not much interest in assisting. Water in workout room was empty and no cups!"

"I would not recommend this location, especially for families. Our stay was very disappointing due to several maintenance and cleanliness issues. We found ants in the kitchen, and the stovetop gas was not working, making the kitchen useless. Additionally, the unit was not clean, the bathroom exhaust fan was broken, and the door was jammed, which felt like a safety hazard. Overall, the property felt unsafe and poorly maintained"
