"We stay here every year! This time we stayed for 4 nights, 5 days and we requested housekeeping come and clean every day and they did the absolutely best job. The staff were very nice and attentive. Everything was well cleaned and maintained. No complaints! Breakfast is made-to-order; so they have a menu to choose from for a small price. Everything seemed to be $10 or less!"

"Hotel was wonderful, but the Tram to do ballpark was a disappointment. There’s a free tram that will take you to the park. It’s first come first serve but if it’s full you’re waiting an hour to the next one. Also taking the tram back the workers (not affeliated w the hotel) were not helpful at all. I told them which holiday day inn I was staying at and they still put me on the wrong tram. Otherwise the hotel is great location, Denny’s walking distance. Hotel is clean and workers were helpful"

"Very noisy. Was right by I30. AC sounded like a washing machine so the traffic noise and the “washing machine” dueled all night. Didn’t like bathroom layout. Staff nice. Had a van that took us to the Rangers game and that was fabulous. Not sure if will use again but it wasn’t bad."

"While things were clean, and I might would stay here again, it's not the best place in the world. It's old. The breakfast, while not even advertised, was all sugary stuff except the yogurt. It's pretty convenient for overnight stays for Six Flags (literally right across the street from the Judge Roy Scream) or Rangers/Cowboys games. So, location is great! Not a bad stay....just an old hotel."

"Broken iron. Then replaced broken iron with another broken iron. Broken hair dryer. Dirty bathroom. They didn't offer to waive the early check in fee for all of my inconveniences. Terrible experience."

"It was a very good stay! Location was very convenient to my needs! Excellent stay at all!"

"Reservation made 1 month in advance. Fully prepaid. At the check in we were told the hotel was totally full. They asked us to go to another hotel few miles away. It was 11 pm and we had been travelling all day long. The room and the hotel itself were not the same level of Residence inn. One week after this terrible night we were reimbursed but it was not what we wanted. We just would like to have a smooth night at Residence Inn. This was what we have paid for."

"Hotel de estrada, porém bem organizado. Só a recepção que as vezes não fica ninguém e aí vc tem que esperar um pouco até que apareça. Mas os funcionários são muito atenciosos. Fica muito perto do Sixflags até compensa ir caminhando, já que o estacionamento é bem caro. Porém se estiver muito calor como estava aí não tem como, melhor ir de Uber até o parque. A lavanderia é simples, porém atende bem e limpa bem as roupas. O café da manhã achamos muito simples, acabamos nem consumindo."

"The lady that checked us in was nowhere to be found when we arrived. I was worried she was abducted! Checked the hallways and administrative office! Waited ten minutes. No where or no one to be found!!Check the security cameras! Then she copped an attitude. Marriott does not need employees like her ANYWHERE in customer contact positions. She begrudgely offered the three of us one bottle of water AFTER she found out we were Bonvoy Gold members!"
