I enjoyed that it doesn’t have carpet. It was very clean and comfortable. However, the minimalist design was not easy for my husband and I. There wasn’t much room on the countertop in the bathroom. There was no shelf in the shower area and that made it tricky to bring my clothes and towel in that area. They also didn’t have anywhere to...

"Everything about the property was great until they rented out the parking. To people from the AT&T center. They did not reserve enough parking for hotel guests"

"The fitness room was closed. After paying for the hotel room through Expedia, the hotel still charged an additional fee because it was booked through Expedia. It was extremely noisy from highway traffic. I went down to the front desk at midnight to get ear plugs and they said they did not have any so it was a night without sleep. "

"Reservation made 1 month in advance. Fully prepaid. At the check in we were told the hotel was totally full. They asked us to go to another hotel few miles away. It was 11 pm and we had been travelling all day long. The room and the hotel itself were not the same level of Residence inn. One week after this terrible night we were reimbursed but it was not what we wanted. We just would like to have a smooth night at Residence Inn. This was what we have paid for."
