RUSTIC AND ELEGANT VILLA IN MORAIRA (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL. For up to 10 guests.



LAYOUT: The villa Las Salinas is distributed over three floors. As soon as we enter the villa, we will find the living room with two sofas (one three-seater and one two-seater), a coffee table, and a TV. At the back is the dining room with a table and chairs for all the guests, with access to the covered terrace. The separate kitchen is on the other side of the floor and has all the necessary cooking materials. On this same floor, we have access to two bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and the other with a double bed. We also have a bathroom with a shower at our disposal. We access the upper floor via the internal staircase. On this floor is the third bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. On this same floor, the upper terrace is under a porch, allowing us to enjoy the good weather outdoors. Finally, the independent lower floor, at pool level, which we access from the outside of the house. Here we find a bathroom with a shower and two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with single beds, both with air conditioning.



EXTERIOR: The Villa Las Salinas offers several outdoor spaces. The pool area is surrounded by sun loungers for sunbathing, as well as a parasol with a table and chair. At the back of the villa is the barbecue area with a table and several chairs. We also find space to park several cars. On the upper terrace, we find a chill-out area to relax and unwind, aided by the natural surroundings of the villa.



LOCATION: Las Salinas villa is located on a quiet street. A residential area located close to all services and a few steps from the beach and the beautiful town of Moraira.
