As you ascend the outside stairs to the living floor, you’ll be greeted by a covered terrace adorned with cozy seating. Enter into the elegantly appointed dining area, seamlessly connected to the inviting living room featuring a plush sofa, a snug armchair, a TV and air conditioning.



Adjacent to the dining area lies the fully equipped kitchen, where culinary delights await to be created. From the sleek refrigerator and freezer to the convenient oven, gas and induction stoves, microwave, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and wine cooler, every amenity is at your disposal for effortless meal preparation.



Venture down the hall to discover three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each boasting air conditioning and wardrobe space for your comfort. The master bedroom has a double bed and an adjoining enclosed naya, offering beautiful views of the valley and furnished with two inviting lounge seats. The ensuite bathroom features a shower, sink and toilet.



The remaining two bedrooms cater to both couples and families, with one offering a comfortable double bed and the other equipped with two single beds. A separate bathroom ensures convenience for all guests, complete with a shower, sink, and toilet.

The pool can be heated on request from April 1 to November 1. The costs are €25 per day and start from the day we turn on the pump.

1: Smoking and pets are NOT allowed in this accommodation.

2: To avoid the risk of fire, it is forbidden to charge an electric car at the accommodation!

3: The jacuzzi as shown on the photos is not present anymore!

4: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 6 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.

5: Parties are strictly prohibited at all times.

6: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.
