Villa CalĆ¹ is a beautiful villa in Sardinia at the marina of Tertenia with a wonderful view of the sea and the mountains of Monte Ferru and Cartuceddu. Swimming pool with emerald water 2 km from the beach and commercial activities.

The villa has two levels: on the ground floor it has 1 double bedroom with TV in the room, 1 double bedroom with private bathroom, 1 bathroom in the common area, 1 living room with sofa, a large kitchen full equipped and a large patio equipped with table and chairs for evening dinners.
Upstairs there are 3 double rooms: 2 double rooms, 1 twin room with bunk beds, 1 bathroom and a living area with sofa and TV.

The villa also has TV, air conditioning, wifi, table tennis, deckchairs and sun loungers by the pool.
Maximum number of guests: 10.

Ausgezeichnet!

Wir waren 2 befreundete Familien und hatten einen sehr entspannten Aufenthalt und konnten wunderbar abschalten.Die Ausstattung lieƟ keine WĆ¼nsche offen. Es gab sogar Spielzeug und Sonnenschirme fĆ¼r den Strand (der mit dem Auto auch in ca 6 Minuten zu erreichen ist und auch nicht voll war).Paolo, der sich vor Ort um alles gekĆ¼mmert hat, muss hier auch mit seiner Frau erwƤhnt werden. Immer herzlich und aufmerksam!!!Vielen lieben Dank!!!

Einfach perfekt fĆ¼r Familie oder Gruppen

Das Haus war fĆ¼r uns (7 Erwachsene) einfach perfekt. In jedem Schlafraum und Aufenthaltsraum gibt es eine Klimaanlage. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt. In der KĆ¼che gibt es alles was man braucht. Die KĆ¼hlschrƤnke (Obergeschoss und Untergeschoss) sind mit Gefrierfach ausgestattet. Die BƤder sind ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Blick in die Berge und auf das Meer war einfach wunderschƶn. Das Highlight ist der gepflegte Pool mit ebenfalls tollem Blick in die Landschaft. Das Haus liegt etwas abgelegen in der Natur. DafĆ¼r aber sehr ruhige Umgebung und toller Ausblick. Zu den StrƤnden muss man deshalb etwas Fahrtzeit in Kauf nehmen. Ein kleiner Einkaufsladen befindet sich in etwa 5 Minuten. Ein groƟer Supermarkt. Mit Auto aber alles kein Problem. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt und waren von der Villa total begeistert. Sehr zum empfehlen!

Rustig gelegen vakantieverblijf

Plezierig verblijf met name door de beheerder ter plekke met zijn humor. Wat ons betreft hadden er in de omgeving wel wat meer activiteiten kunnen zijn, aangezien het seizoen op SardiniĆ« blijkbaar heel kort is en er al heel veel restaurants en activiteiten vanaf half september gesloten zijnā€¦

The perfect stay

I need to admit that we have nevery stayed in such a clean and well-organized propertiy. You will find literally everything you need in this household. Yes, it is a very calm area, but you will find from Supermarket to Restaurant everything required within short distance - perfect for switching off for a few days. The cherry on the ice cream is the owner Pierpaolo - he is more than supportive in all regards of questions for the area, restaurant recommendations or where to find the next medic ;-) Overall I can summarize this as the perfect stay (also on behalf of my 5 kids in the age of 3 to 16, and another three grown-ups)

Wir genossen unsere Familienferien in vollen ZĆ¼gen, alles stimmte. Es ist eine grossartige Villa, total sauber, inkl. Pool. Die Lage mit den wunderbaren SonnenaufgƤngen einfach einmalig. Weg zum schƶnen Strand nicht weit. Wir fĆ¼hlten uns sehr willkommen und hatten einen schƶnen Kontakt mit den Vermietern, die sehr herzlich sind. Wir hoffen, wieder einmal eine Gelegenheit zu haben, die Villa Calu zu mieten.

DerAufenthalt war sehr schƶn, der Vermieter war sehr nett und hat alles sofort erledigt wenn was nicht gepasst hat. Waren viel mit den MotorrƤdern unterwegs, super Ausgangspunkt fĆ¼r schƶne Tagestouren. Der Pool war super, wurde jedenTag gereinigt und PH-Wert gemessen. Der Urlaub war sehr schƶn und das Haus/Objekt ist von meiner Seite aus sehr weiter zu empfehlen.

Overall a pleasant stay

The next door neighbour showed us around the property. We did not see the manager throughout the stay. The views of the mountains and sea were outstanding and could not have been better. The pool was clean and exactly what we could have hoped for. The villa itself was very "tired". It just needed not one, but quite a few licks of paint. But it was clean and the facilities were adequate. The showers were very old fashioned and tiny. But the location of the property was perfect. We found many excellent restaurants nearby and Foxi Manna Beach was as good as I have ever been to. Overall a positive review but the property itself needs to be modernised and updated.

Great experiencel

Very well maintained spacious house with a great view towards the sea. Beach is 5 mins away and the house has a large pool. Owners are very friendly and responsive, they also brought us fresh fruit from their garden on the property. Overall we were very satisfied and had a great vacation.

The overall impression was: everything tuto bene! The villa sis perfekt for 9 Persons (4 adults and 5 Teenagers). The pool is very nice, also the view. The hosts are absolutely lovely! Gracie!

Meine Freunde und ich haben eine gute und entspannte Zeit im Haus verbringen kƶnnen. Die Ausstattung lƤsst keine WĆ¼nsche offen, die Aussicht auf das Meer trƤgt seinen Teil zum Wohlbefinden bei. Wir kommen definitiv gerne wieder :-) Sonnige GrĆ¼sse aus der Schweiz.

Sehr schƶnes Ferienhaus an toller Lage. Aussicht phanomenal. Ƅusserst freundlicher Empfang mit Wurst und Wein. Einziger Minuspunkt: Die Wasserpumpe ist sehr laut und in der Nacht stƶrend. Ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert.

Toller SpƤtsommerurlaub!

Mit zwei Familien (insg. 9 Personen) hatten wir eine sehr schƶne Zeit noch im Oktober. Der Pool war offen, genauso wie der Blick auf das Meer. Super freundliche Gastgeber und viel Raum im Haus und auf dem GrundstĆ¼ck. Halbe Stunde zu FuƟ (oder schnell mit dem Auto) zum Strand. Sehr schƶne Umgebung und als Startpunkt fĆ¼r AusflĆ¼ge (StrƤnde, Wanderungen, StadtausflĆ¼ge (Tortoli, Arbatax, mit etwas mehr Anfahrt auch Cagliari) gut geeignet.
