"We booked this property to attend 2026 Laconia Bike Week. We were so disappointed with our room that we checked out early. Neither the front door to our room nor the windows closed completely; gaps allowed light, heat, and noise into the room. We found old, half-empty beer cans in our room upon arrival. Room-darkening drapes were missing. There were 2 sets of drape empty drape tracks with pull strings. Horizontal window blinds did not even fit the windows. The closet door swing freely, off its...

"Mattresses in the room we stayed in hurt my back. When you first lay down, they feel great! As my weight compressed the mattress through the night, I could feel the metal platform base in my back. A box spring or a firm flat surface between the mattress and the frame would improve it. The mattress seemed good, just not meant for a metal frame with nothing between the frame and the mattress. Thanks!"
