"The floors were filthy - had to wear shoes in the unit at all times. The air conditioning was not working on our first day, but we had maintenance come and fix it at 9pm. The front desk responded quickly to any texts we sent (and texting was a convenient way to communicate). There are no handles on the drawers or cupboards which makes opening them quite difficult. The bathroom is dated and moldy. The bed was comfortable and having access to laundry right in the unit was helpful."

"After traveling all day I was not in the right frame of mind for the high pressure sales pitch from the concierge to attend a sales pitch. I behaved admirably but inwardly annoyed.EVERYTHING ELSE WAS EXCELLENT!"

"Excelente lo recomiendo 100% maravilloso siempre he ido 6 años consecutivo y siempre salgo satisfecho"

"Great stay for the price, also good resource for getting cheaper tickets possibly for local attractions. Some aging issues (leaking shower above our room) in the room that we had let them know when we checked out."

"We absolutely loved the park area. Our first stay ever in an RV. We did not know how to work the outside lights and had to enter in the dark when we returned from our adventures in the evening. We did find something written about the outdoor lights in the bedroom the day we were leaving. We would have loved to enjoy the patio area but did not know if we could use the awning or even how to open it. The musty smell was also overpowering. Air fresheners would be nice. We did enjoy our stay, it...

"The rooms were excellent, they were huge, full kitchen, laundry, full living room. We only used the one pool but went many times. It was an absolutely wonderful stay. There is a shuttle to take you to Broadway"

"Nice size room with kitchenette and dishes. Refrigerator, microwave,, very clean. Only minor issue is some of the plugs were loose. Staff were extremely helpful. Even had good coffee in the kitchen. Would definitely stay here again. A block and a half from the convention center."

"The room was very clean and spacious. It was in a great location in close proximity to Opry Mill and the grand old Opry. it was in a very safe location. I really wanted to give it five stars but for a few reasons, I did not feel I could call it exceptional, although it was very good. Reasons for 4 instead of 5 stars: The resort was old and needs some upgrades, but was well maintained for what they have. We booked two rooms, and my parents did say that they had trouble sleeping at night...

"Lovely stay! Property was beautiful and clean. check in was easy."

"Coming into the house smelling so good really left a great first impression! Enjoyed the time there and it has everything you need to relax! The environment is beautiful and whimsical. I plan to stay in more properties in the land in the future!"

"Very nice place."

"This property has excellent views of the mountains both from the rooms and from the pool and activities building. We enjoyed all the amenities including the indoor and outdoor pools, exercise room, fire pit, and mini golf. It was extremely convenient to the main strip. We loved having the full kitchen and large dining table, plus counter seating. The suites were comfortable and clean. There was a schedule of daily activities and giveaways given to us on arrival so there is no reason anyone...
