"Regrettably, our stay at Best Western has been marred by a series of unfortunate events. Bedbugs plagued our room, necessitating an early departure from the premises. This experience has left us uncomfortable and has led us to reconsider our future reservations at Best Western. We have several marks all over our body from the bed bugs. "Excellent location her good restaurants and shopping. Easy 20 minute to half hour trip into Nashville. Clean spacious room. Fridge and microwave and coffee machine. Comfortable reading chair with ottoman. Friendly staff. Above average breakfast with sausage, yogurt, pastries, fruit, juices, milk, great coffee and waffles. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Would definitely be my first choice next time of motels in greater Nashville."

"The building is old, but it has been freshly remodeled and they have done a good job of trying to modernize everything. One thing to be aware of there are no USB plugs so bring your boxes."

"The room was somewhat clean,,at least there was no filthy old carpet in the room. Bathroom needs re-done. Beds were comfortable and clean. The pool is a joke, it’s so small and old. Skip the breakfast. It consists of compressed eggs and sausage patties. There is a yogurt Machine, but who knows how old the yogurt is. No healthy cereal is offered,etc. etc. If you can get a reasonable rate, then it’s doable. "
