Cara Myriam, Prima di tutto vorremmo ringraziarla per aver soggiornato al Best Jacaranda e speriamo che sua figlia stia bene. Ci dispiace che il suo soggiorno non sia stato del tutto soddisfacente. L'11 giugno, sappiamo che avete segnalato alla reception che gli ombrelloni volavano e abbiamo preso nota del vostro commento e lo abbiamo trasmesso alla direzione, ma in nessun momento siamo stati informati che vostra figlia si era ferita a causa di questo, se lo avessimo saputo vi avremmo contattato per vedere come stava e saremmo stati in grado di aiutarvi se fosse stata necessaria assistenza.
