"Overall I had a negative experience due to the member of staff called Michael, which made me uncomfortable for the remainder of my stay. It's a shame, as the other people were quite nice, and unfortunately I wasn't well when I arrived. I don't believe he would have spoken to me that way if I was white or if I was with someone. I had looked over...

"Nice pool,next to mall"

"eXCELLENT LOCATION AND CONNECTED TO A MALL."

"good one"

" I had a wonderful stay at Majestic Residence. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The check-in process was smooth. I would be happy to come back again and will definitely recommend Majestic Residence to my friends and family. 😊😊"

"had a really comfortable stay. The room was clean, cosy and had everything we needed. Check-in was straightforward, and Nothing overly fancy, just a comfortable place that made the stay easy and hassle-free"

"The mattress cover very dirty. We ask to change buat cannot change. So we decide not to stay in this hotel."

"Nice and clean, easy to get too and close to popular locations "

"Abisha at the front desk was the best with a great smile to our day great! She was very helpful and flexible to make us come again. Food was very average, only the omelet is great rest not to our taste, but the staff were very friendly. The Indian food at the 10th Floor was good, but the staff there were not friendly as the ground floor staff. The management should make Abisha the manager to make the hotel better. David"
