This amazing home is a must see to appreciate. Large 2000 square foot home that is steps away from beautiful Beaches. Location is everything in paradise and in this tropical haven you have many choices while you rest from your travels or relax in your hammock. This home has everything that you will need within easy walking distance. Dine at the German bakery for breakfast,with an amazing view of Potrero beach. A grocery store is just steps away, and great evening cocktail await at sunset.

In the morning,watch the monkeys (they think they are sneaking) eat the bananas from tress we planted just for them. You will love the sweet red bananas just as much as they do. We are located on a green zone so the local wildlife hides in our backyard. Sip your coffee in your hammock under the Gazebo and the birds will entertain you for hours. Flocks of parrots are in abundance in this morning paradise.

For your luxury, a new large pool and patio are have just been completed. The sunroom is just off the pool and Gazebo area, so weather you chose the sun or shade there is a special place in paradise reserved just for you. If you prefer the ocean it is a straight shot to the beach, right out your door and across the street, no more than a short walk.

Don’t miss the fishing as we fish this same beach every morning and evening and we rarely come home empty. The local Ticos will clean them for you and have the grill fired up as there is nothing better than grilled fish (it cant be any fresher!) A fully stocked kitchen and dining area is at your disposal, if you prefer your meals indoors.

This home can easily accommodate two families and is one of the best values in the area. Parking is easy and secure. Maid service is included with notice. Simply stated, It doesn't get any better than this.
