With over 5,200 square feet of interior space, this 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom retreat (with a separate bunk house and guest casita) is built for groups seeking space, style, and resort-caliber amenities.

Outdoors, the experience is pure California leisure. Lounge by the palm-lined pool, swing in the palapa hammock, or sip sunset cocktails around the fire pit. A full outdoor kitchen, dining space, and bar make al fresco meals a breeze. Guests can challenge each other to tennis or pickleball on the private sports court, shoot hoops, or perfect their short game on the putting green.

Inside, bright, open-concept living spaces offer modern comfort and room to gather. The home has a billiards table near the main foyer, a detached game room and a ping pong table. Living quarters are spread across the main house, detached bunk house, and the detached casita (offering extra privacy, with its own kitchen, living room, and bathroom).

With 12 total beds and plenty of room to spread out, Villa Verdot is ideal for wine country getaways, milestone celebrations, wellness retreats, or elevated family vacations.

- CHECK-IN PROCESS - Checking in at your FIELDTRIP home is now easier than ever. FIELDTRIP's guidebook contains everything you need to know. From reservation details, property information, check-in instructions, local recommendations and add-on services to enhance your stay, you'll find it all here.

- PARKING - Guests are limited to a maximum of 6 cars, depending on size. Renters and their daytime guests should park in the garage or driveway. There is NO on-street parking available. To avoid ticketing or towing, please ensure all cars are not extending into or blocking the sidewalk.

- EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT - Stay a little longer and add up to 2 hours before or after your arrival for $75/hour. Half days (11am arrival or 4pm departure) are also available for 50% of the nightly rate for the night needing to be blocked to accommodate.

- DELIVERIES - We are unable to accept packages at the homes. Please plan accordingly and utilize holding packages at the local post office or nearby Amazon Lockers.
- EVENTS / RETREATS - APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO BOOKING. Small events within our permitting requirements are considered. Written approval and an additional Event fee is required.

- PHOTO/VIDEO & COMMERCIAL USE - APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO BOOKING. Guests are welcome and encouraged to take photos for personal use (and feel free to tag us @stayfieldtrip). Drones are not permitted due to county restrictions. Please note that we charge production fees for all commercial, professional, promotional, editorial, and or revenue-generating photography and videography shot on the property. For these activities, we require payment in advance along with a signed production agreement, production insurance, and a location release. IF THERE IS ANY DOUBT IF YOUR SHOOT IS COMMERCIAL, PLEASE INQUIRE FIRST. Any guests found to be doing a commercial shoot will have their reservation canceled. Any commercial shoots discovered during or after a stay will be responsible for the production fee.
