IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW

- CHECK-IN PROCESS - Checking in at your FIELDTRIP home is now easier than ever. FIELDTRIP's guidebook contains everything you need to know. From reservation details, property information, check-in instructions, local recommendations and add-on services to enhance your stay, you'll find it all here.

- PARKING - Guests are limited to a maximum of 10 cars in the designated area.

- PETS - Pets are not permitted at Villa Spectacular

- POOL HEAT - Spa heat is included in the cost of your stay. Pool heat is an additional $250/night, 2 nights minimum.

- EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT - We can only guarantee an early check-in or late check-out one day before your check-in date at no additional charge as we need to make sure the house will be available.

- DELIVERIES - We are unable to accept packages at the homes. Please plan accordingly and utilize holding packages at the local post office or nearby Amazon Lockers.

- EVENTS / RETREATS - APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR TO BOOKING.
Small events within our permitting requirements are considered. Written approval and an additional Event fee starting at $2,500, with the final cost increasing based on scope and coverage.

- PHOTO/VIDEO & COMMERCIAL USE - APPROVAL REQUIRED PRIOR
TO BOOKING.
Guests are welcome and encouraged to take photos for personal use (and feel free to tag us @stayfieldtrip). Drones are not permitted due to county restrictions. Please note that we charge production fees starting at $1,500 and up to $5,000 for all commercial, professional, promotional, editorial, and or revenue-generating photography and videography shot on the property. For these activities, we require payment in advance along with a signed production agreement, production insurance, and a location release. IF THERE IS ANY DOUBT IF YOUR SHOOT IS COMMERCIAL, PLEASE INQUIRE FIRST. Any guests found to be doing a commercial shoot will have their reservation canceled. Any commercial shoots discovered during or after a stay will be responsible for the production fee.
