Your family and friends will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place with a pool and spa, a 180-degree fabulous view. Only minutes away from most of the wineries and venues. South Coast and Ponte winery are just around the corner.

5 bedrooms and 4 baths
- Master bedroom with 1 king bed and sofa bed
- Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed with 1 double size sofa bed
- Bedroom 3: 1 Queen bed with 1 double size sofa bed
- Bedroom 4: 1 Queen bed
- Bedroom 5: 2 Bunker bed (twin) sleeps 4

Entertainment:
- BBQ Grill with one propane tank provided
- Pool table
- Smart TV in the living room, dining room, and master bedroom.
(Smart TV, guest must use their own Netflix or other online TV service account)


Spa and pool:
- Spa heating is included for 5hrs/night, programmed to heat the SPA ONLY from 4:30 pm to 9:30 pm. Ask our management team for pool or extra heating fee. The pool may not be heated during winter due to the low air temperature.

Parking:
- No parking space in the garage, currently used as a bridal suite.
- Parking space on the driveway is limited to 8 vehicle

We had a wonderful stay and were extremely pleased with this property. The home offered plenty of space for our large family, allowing everyone to be comfortable without ever feeling crowded. Each area was well laid out, making it easy for both gathering together and enjoying personal space when needed.We had specifically requested a very clean environment due to a dog allergy, and the property exceeded our expectations. The home was absolutely spotless upon arrival, which gave us great peace of mind and made our stay even more enjoyable. It was clear that a lot of care and attention went into preparing the space.The only suggestion we would offer is to consider adding a larger couch or additional seating in the main common area, as it would make it even easier for a big group to relax and spend time together in one space.Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and we would happily recommend this property to other families or larger groups looking for a comfortable, well-maintained place to stay.

The kitchen was fully stocked and much appreciated! The views all around the the house from outdoor porch was amazing. The yard and outdoor eating area was very nice also. My only wish is that there was a binder that explained a checkout process. I am used to being told what to do with used sheets and towels and dishes. We washed and returned all the kitchen items used. Also maybe a list of restaurants recommended or wineries and local things to do would be nice. Overall it was great for our party of 10 there for a wedding.

House on the Hill

Our stay was mostly business- travel softball tournament. Three softball families stayed together and had such a great time. All the kids were able to sleep and hang out in the room with the two bunk beds and sofa bed. All the parents were able to have their own bedrooms. The kitchen/dining area seemed to be our main hang out area as we were always making meals or prepping lunches and snacks for the day. The kids had a great time swimming in the pool and hot tub. I didn’t see all the bathrooms, but they were all well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked with seasoning, pots, pans, coffee pods, everything you can think of- it was there. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the property, inside and out. At night, the views were spectacular. As a group, the only thing that we missed was a common area where all the adults could relax together on a big couch or some type of comfortable seating. We talked about hanging out together in the master suite, but didn’t want to impose on the parents in that room. There was a lot of seating, but the seats were a variety of dining chairs. We all had a wonderful time. Ages were 8-11, plus adults.

Excellent stay

The property served our staff members who were in town for work. While the property was about 20-30 minutes away from our work locations we found that the property was worth the drive. The morning views from the porch were amazing and even made my coffee taste a little better. The host was very responsive and accommodated our sometimes strange working hours. Thank you for making our stay amazing.

A lovely space

We really enjoyed our weekend in Temecula - the space was lovely and accommodated our large group well. The pool is a bit small but many of us enjoyed sunbathing and sitting in the shallow area after wine tasting nearby. The landscape around the home was beautiful. Overall the space had everything we needed and the management was very responsive and helpful.

Disappointed experience never again!

Mouse, in the pool, bugs, little hot water. It was not kid-friendly, the lighting was bad around the property the fees were not disclosed, and it was hard to comment with the property management! Over all never again!

Beautiful house, slightly misleading photos

The house was pretty and spacious however the pool was TINY i don’t think 5 grown adults could even fit in there comfortably. One of the main reasons we wanted to book a vrbo was for a pool and no one wanted to go in because it was genuinely the smallest pool i’ve ever seen and the photos make it look probably 10x bigger than it was. The house also had lots of holes in the hallway, chipped plates, broken bricks on the stairway up to the house, one of the toilets was loose i felt like i would knock it over if i got up too fast. However it was a very pretty house and had everything you could need in the kitchen. A LOT of bathrooms which came in handy and a pretty back yard.

Weekend Stay for a wedding

This was the perfect house close to wineries and the wedding site of our friend. Plenty of beds for a group of people who are all coming to town and need a place to stay since there aren’t many hotels near the wineries. Host was very helpful and got back to me very quickly.

Good location

The property was very nice and big enough for a large family. The location is good. I am giving them 3 stars because the showers and shower curtains were very dirty. The cleaning fee was more than $400, therefore, the house needs to be clean.

family weekend in Temecula

Great house, great location. The host responded quickly to all questions. We were a family of 13 with dogs. We had plenty of room. The pool was a bit smaller than we thought it would be. We had a great time overall.

Temecula Home Near Wineries

This is a Home that is situated nicely on a hill with good views and close access to many of the wineries and stores. We did enjoy our stay but had some issues that need addressing that we shared with the host. First of all, there was a major ant infestation that we had to deal with daily, food being destroyed, and needing to be replaced and every day having to place all our food in either the refrigerator the oven or the microwave. this appears to be a known issue as cupboards had dead ants in them from previous days. The air conditioning drain was also leaking from the vent onto the floor a very hazardous slippery area that we had to mop up daily with towels. The barbecue was filthy and not all burners were working. The pots and pans provided were very old and scratched and when communicated with the host was immediately replaced, which we were thankful for. Access to the home also requires maneuvering up several steps. Which are evident in the photos.

Awesome place.

I loved this property. Only a few thing of improvements. There is a major ant issue. I came home to ants in my luggage which was in a bedroom and them in my purse that was in the kitchen. Second, there is no comfortable seating in the common areas. My Dad who is on oxygen full time and recently had a stroke had nowhere to rest comfortably without being in the master alone. But the overall house was very spacious and great!

Nice property, but not clean!

Beautiful, large property but I don’t know when the last time the host checked on it. We showed up to a musty smelling, hot house. It took about 2 hours for the A/C to cool it down. Floor boards and doors were filthy, and towels smelled of mildew as if not dried properly. The master shower had black mildew going up the wall and the shower curtain was covered in mildew. The shower head was calcified and didn’t work. The kitchen was not well stocked. The bbq was full of old soot so it started our chicken on fire, and the fire extinguisher was expired. We actually had a very nice weekend despite of the shortcomings. The place has great potential but the host did not communicate well at all. Didn’t answer questions prior to our arrival and when I contacted them afterwards with our issues, they wanted picture proof and then never responded. I do have pics if VRBO would let me post them. Again, it’s a beautiful property, just know it’s not cleaned professionally in our opinion.

I chose the house for the space and this house HAD SPACE! One of the most thoughtfully stocked homes and we had a great stay. House could use some maintenance, one of the showers leaked and doors stuck but had charm!

Was probably nice at one time.

The home served our purpose. Great location. It’s just run down and not the cleanest. It does not look like the pictures. Chandeliers packed full of dead bugs. Master shower head is corroded and broken. Mold in master shower. The sheets on beds were clean. And the towels were clean. We were thankful for that.
