"We decided to book a quick weekend in Telluride to enjoy the weather and balloon festival. This property was perfect for just two adults who spent most of the day out and about. Super quick walk into town from the property. Highly recommend if you’re not going to hang out at the house during the day. It’s small, but met our needs perfectly. Kitchen is stocked with enough supplies to cook with and sincerely appreciated the k-cups for the morning! Overall, great stay."

"Avant stay was very responsive and helpful leading up to our stay. The house was clean and ready when we arrived. The only things that would have been nice would have been a heads up on the construction directly across the alley which began every morning at 7am with loud workers hammering/sawing. However there is construction ongoing around town. It wouldn’t have changed where we stayed but a head up for next time. Otherwise the house was located in a great spot to bike or walk anywhere in town!...

"I stayed 6 nights. Units had a ski locker with a combination lock in the mud room. Vacasa could not tell whether I'm allowed to use it. Unit was entitled to free Dial a Ride. Vacasa could not give me the code. In general, communication with Vacasa was by far the poorest experience I have had with a VRBO property manager. On the positive side, the property location is perfect. Its a 3 minute walk from chair 4 and the gongola, and closer to many Mountain Village restaurants, coffee, retail stores...

"Awesome location! Can walk pretty much anywhere in Telluride within 10 minutes (tons of restaurants, groceries, night life, shopping, and gondola all easily within walking distance). Very well decorated. Room has pretty much everything you would need to live comfortably for a week. Room can get hot during the summer (due to no AC) so would suggest bringing a fan."
