Spacious, bright, and clean

Everything we needed was here. Comfortable beds, stocked kitchen, quiet at night amd right in the center of town. We had great sleep while staying here and our family of 4 had plenty of space to hang out. Also the laundry was handy. Beware its 4 floors up withno stairs.

The perfect spot in the heart of Tel Aviv

Truly a delightful stay on a rare quiet street less than a minute away from the grand boulevards of Tel Aviv. Richly comfortable, generously furnished, cozy but well equipped kitchen, spotless and tasteful, really a perfect spot to get a way from it all. great walking and restaurants all around, Dina is the perfect host, we can't wait to go back!

Excellent apartment

We (a family of two adults and three kids) loved staying here. The apartment was nicely furnished. Everything was in working order and well cared for. The host was very responsive to texts, as needed. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Wonderful apartment!

We loved Dina and Yoav’s apartment ! It was spotlessly clean, quiet and charming. Well located on a quiet street close to main streets with shops and cafes and a food market around the corner. Highly recommended! Just be aware that there is no elevator.

Perfect!!!

The apartment is very lovely and absolutely comfortable. We were there as a couple for 7 nights and did not miss anything.. It was very clean and everything (e.g. enough towels also some for the beach, cleaning supplies, detergent, coffee, spices and so on) was provided for. The owner was easy to reach and also very helpful with local information. The apartment is centrally located and we were able to do everything by foot. We will definitely recommend this apartment to our friends.

Cute comfortable and convenient

This apartment is exactly like pictured - very comfortable! We didn’t mind stairs since it’s only at beginning and end. There’s public parking one street over and the neighborhood has everything - groceries, walking distance to beaches, train station, art museums, restaurants. Had unforeseeable issue with hot water that was hopefully a fluke?

Wohnen wie ein Tel Aviver

Zentrale, aber ruhig Lage mit in Tel Aviv. Wunderschöne Aussicht von romantischer, großer, gut ausgestatteter Dachterrasse und allen Fenstern. Eine phantastische Ausstattung, selbst an Strandtücke gedacht. Wir haben wunderbare Tage in dieser liebevoll eingerichteten, sehr gepflegten Wohnung.

A lovely apartment and a great hostess.

We liked almost everything about the flat. Dinah was helpful and careful to make sure that everything went well. We would say that the flat is on the 3rd floor (up four flights of stairs) without a lift, so if you have any difficulty with stair climbing this one would not be for you. Otherwise, top marks.

A home from home

Dina’s apartment is perfect and very homely. It’s clean and has everything you need. Dina was so helpful before and during our stay by answering our questions and giving us advice that made our trip so much more enjoyable. She even booked our taxi back to the airport as there were 5 of us and we wanted to be sure that it was pre-arranged. We honestly couldn’t have had a better experience and highly recommend this apartment for your trip to Tel Aviv. We are looking forward to our next visit! Thank you, Dina :)

Trés jolie appartement avec terrasse très agréable

Trés bien situé, Nous n'avons pas vu Dina la propriétaire mais on a pu traité avec elle facilement par Messenger. check in et out très simples et sans surprise. Notre séjour dans cette appartement a été agréable. Chaise longue sur la terrasse avec parasol, la cuisine est bien équipé et il y avait quelques produits de base très appréciable. La literie était bien Dans la chambre principale, un peu plus vétuste dans la chambre deux ou il y avait des fourmis dans le lit, la dernière nuit notre amie a du dormir par terre dans le séjour, le lit de la chambre deux avec des fourmis. L'appartement était très propre, j'ai mis un deux à la propreté en raison des insectes dans l'appartement et dans les partis communes. Le quartier en lui même semble envahit de cafards. La résidence est traité vu qu'on les voit surtout mort mais mon ami en a vu un vivant dans l'appartement est sur la terrasse. Pas de quoi en faire toute une limonade mais pour certain ça peut gêner .

Sehr schönes und gut eingerichtetes Apartment

Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und super eingerichtet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Für uns war die Lage auch ideal, es war angenehm ruhig obwohl zentral gelegen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschöne schnuckelige Wohnung

Eine ganz reizende und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete FeWo. Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Teenagern dort. Die beiden Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage und Ventilator waren super. Gegessen haben wir auf der wunderschönen Terrasse. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nice apartment near everything

The apartment on the top floor (5th, no elevator) is well equipped (kitchen, washing machine, air condition, TV with DVD player, WiFi...), nicely decorated and a lovely place to stay. The big roof top terrace with good sun protection (big parasol plus an awning/marquee and surrounding walls you can open/close - see pictures for better understanding) makes it perfect. It also provides wind protection which was helpful while being there in March when not yet too hot but windy. We´ve been there with our three kids (4, 8, 12) and it worked very well. A few days we had a rental car, parking in this area is a real headache, so prepare for park at a parking lot you have to pay for. NOTHING to complain, even if we haven´t met Dina in person (she was travelling) she was always helpful via WhatsApp.

The Perfect Apartment

This was by far the cleanest apartment we stayed at in our time in Israel, but also the most thoughtful host as well. My two children were so happy here that they never wanted to leave to explore Tel Aviv. The apartment is fully furnished with comfortable beds, a comfortable living room, dishes, towels, and laundry supplies. The rooftop terrace was gorgeous to have our morning coffee - we just loved this place!

Fabulous apartment in a great city

This apartment is exactly as advertised. It is extremely well equipped, and we lacked for nothing during our 8-day stay. Being the only apartment on that floor, it's quiet, and the spacious balcony (with table, chairs, sun-loungers) is a real retreat. Communication with the owner, Dina, was very easy. The location is great, with Rabin Square, good restaurants (try Chuma in the nearby shopping mall for a delicious meal at a sensible price), supermarkets, all close by. Savidor train/bus station is a 20-25 minute walk. If you walk up fashionable Ben Gurion boulevard, the beach is no more than 15 minutes away. Excellent bus service close by. (The neighbourhood is not car-friendly, as parking is very challenging, unless you're willing to pay in the close-by multi-story car-park; we're very glad we didn't have a vehicle!) Being on the 5th floor, and with no lift, it kept us healthy! We loved this special apartment in what's surely one of the great cities in the world.

Great apartment and location, wonderful host!

TelAviv, 6 Shmuel Hanagid. Parking Gan Ha-ir. We stayed in this apartment for a couple of nights. The apartment is in the heart of Tel Aviv, so location was perfect. It is on the top floor and is the only apartment, so it has a very nice terrace on the roof that we enjoyed a lot. The host, Dana, was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. Both bedrooms are quite sufficient (I was nostalgic for a closet, but for a couple of days it was not a problem). Dana has nightlights on each bed stand, so I could read in bed. Wifi was good, the sitting room with TV (we did not have a chance to watch it), and the kitchenette were absolutely sufficient. The water heater worked well – check out the rightmost switch on the left side of the hall before the bathroom – and 10-15 min ON were sufficient (Dana, a label above the switch may be good?). When we arrived Dana had water in the fridge, coffee, tea and condiments, so we could wake up and start out right away. There are a couple of minimarkets close by, and a supermarket on Dizingoff that we did not get to. Now what NOT to do in Tel Aviv: we rented a car at the airport, and that was a huge mistake – narrow streets filled with cars and no way to park. Dana recommended parking at Gan Ha-ir (a huge shopping center close by), and that helped a lot but cost about $25 a night, so if you don’t need a car in Tel Aviv, don’t.

Ruhige, gepflegte Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage

Wohnung in zentraler, ruhiger Lage, die individuell eingerichtet und für eine Ferienwohnung sehr gut ausgestattet ist. Sie war sauber, das Bad war modern und gepflegt. Die schöne Terasse war wie ein Ruhepunkt in dieser Stadt. Es gab alles, was wir brauchten. 2 Supermärkte und ein (kostenpflichtiges) Parkhaus waren um die Ecke, Busse gut erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit Dina lief perfekt, die Abläufe (Ankunft, Abreise etc) waren durch sie gut strukturiert.

Home away from home

We are glad we choose your cozy place as our “home away from home” in Tel Aviv, we loved that we were in the middle of EVERYthing: attractions, shopping, restaurants, and sea all were walkable distance. Drinking coffee in the morning on the spacious deck was other magical experience, apartment delivered all we wanted and expected from cleaness to hospitality. Thank you Dina!!!
