The breakfast was delicious with lots of options to choose from, providing a perfect start to each day. The property was very clean and well-maintained. "Lovely luxury b&b in Torquay. Room had everything we needed and more. Breakfasts are ordered the night before to save on wastage which is understandable. Owners were lovely and available if needed as there isn't a front desk. Will definitely visit again when coming to Torquay."

"A very nice stay , last minute booking, very warmly greeted on arrival, asked what I wanted for breakfast and what time. Nice comfortable room with adaquate en-suite facilities with plenty of water provided in the room. In the morning, I was again greeted in a warm manner and had one of the best breakfasts I’ve had. I’ve paid double price and not had this quality. The owners really couldn’t do enough for me. "

Balcony is small but adequate for 2 people to sit out and enjoy the sea view and fresh air. Bed was comfortable. Property is very clean and well presented. Lovely outdoor pool and garden area. "
