"The villa was super clean and well looked after. Everything was to how it should be and would stay there again. Communication was excellent and no problems what so ever. 👍"

"Instructions to enter Villa were clear. It was clean with towels & tea towels & a pleasant little basket of goodies. All kitchen equipment you will need. Microwave, coffee machine & washing machine (if required). Books & DVD’s. Comfy bed with decent bedding. Good quality outside patio seating with much needed umbrella. Wi-fi was easy to connect to. One very small gripe, could do with a further mid size towel per person. Overall, very happy 😊"

"Very spacious property with a fantastic pool and outdoor space. Full range of International Satellite TV channels went down well. The kitchen was very well equipped. Character in abundance with a truly stunning entrance and lounge area. 25 to 30 minute walk to centre and beaches which suited us well as we love to walk and a very quiet and relaxing time in the villa. Pram hire for our 4 year old did prove essential. Villa manager was very quick to respond to minor maintenance issues."

"Lounge area 5*. Kitchen 5* Master bed and ensuite very confortable and very good. Outdoor area as describled but would like more comfortable seating. Twin rooms again as described and comfortable. Would def revisit."

"Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit. Es gab ausreichend Platz und es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Es gibt eine große sonnige Terrasse mit Blick auf den schönen Pool. Wir hatten den ganzen Tag Zugang zum Pool. Die Wohnung war sauber, lediglich einige Küchengerate mussten etwas abgestaubt werden. Insgesamt auf jeden Fall ein sehr gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. Die Matratzen in der iberen Etage müssten durch neuere ersetzt werden."

"Wir haben mit 10 Personen die Villa gebucht und sie hat unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Ruhig, am Rand von Costa Teguise gelegen. Sehr gute Küchenausstattung. Eines der Bäder liegt im Außenbereich und hat nur kaltes Wasser. Bequeme Betten. Das schöne Wohnzimmer haben wir gar nicht genutzt, da wir uns nur auf der Terrasse aufgehalten haben."

"Villa was of decent quality, sofa was clean and comfortable, kitchen was clean, well equipped and of good standard. The bed was very comfortable with a good memory foam mattress, pillows were a bit poor tho, the wardrobe was great with loads of hangers. Bathroom had a couple of mouldy bits and maybe would benefit from some bleach on them, the shower was great and had good pressure. Thought the basin arrangement was a bit weird but work ok, only drawback with the sinks being outside the bathroom...

"What an amazing place to stay. Where to begin. The views are incredible, the villa is stunning with everything you need, a fantastic pool and all the space you would want. A great location with a supermarket and restaurants within 5 mins walk and the centre of town a lovely 20min walk away. Perfect!"

"Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist einfach toll und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auch die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bieten einen gemütlichen Komfort. "Es ist ein wunderschönes Haus mit großzügiger und schöner Aufteilung. Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und liebevoll dekoriert, man merkt, dass dort jemand selbst gewohnt hat. Sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Terrasse lädt ein zum Entspannen ein und im Pool kann man wunderbar schwimmen. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und uns rundum wohlgefühlt."

"We stay in costa teguise a lot so have stayed in alot of rentals. It was good for our needs but is really needing some upgrading. Having separate bathrooms was great, however ours stank of damp and there is a leak coming from the roof and must have got to the light. Had a few cockroaches which happens in lanzarote but I think more pest treatment is needed. Not enough towels, my mum had to use beach towels. We had no details of when the cleaner was to come so better communication is a must. But...

"The house had everything we needed for a lovely holiday in Lanzarote. It was well-equipped and in a good location - just a short drive to the beach and other attractions. The owners lived next door and were very helpful. They allowed us a later check-out time, which we really appreciated. The only minor quibble was that there wasn't much hot water for showers etc. However, we would certainly return!"

"We have stayed in many villas on the island in the past but this is one of the best. Spacious, very well equipped, clean and comfortable with a private heated pool. For us the location works well being in a quiet area but close to Teguise and usual tourist sites. The hosts were really helpful throughout and visited on arrival to talk through the property. We had no issues during our stay and will definitely return"

"We just returned from a seven day holiday. The check in process with Karim was excellent, as well all communication during our stay. The house was well equipped and cleaned thoroughly. The location was excellent. Private and quiet yet walking distance to Costa Teguise central. We look forward to returning later this year."

"Das Haus ist sehr modern und neu, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, starker Duschstrahl und sehr komfortable Matratzen. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden und neuwertig. Minuspunkte sind leider der Funkmast genau gegenüber (50m erntfernt) und der mangelhafte Service/ fehlende regelmäßige, fachmännische Kontrolle des Whirlpool Wassers. Terrasse und Balkon waren bei Ankunft nicht gereinigt."

"The apartment had everything I needed except an iron and ironing board but I was able to hire them from reception for €10 for the week. The cleaning staff were amazing everyday. The block I was in was quiet with a lovely pool. Couldn’t fault it at all and would definitely recommend it to my friends."
