Embedded in the beautiful landscape in the centre of Lanzarote, Villa Clara 2 is located in the town of Conil on the outskirts of Tías and offers breathtaking views of the natural scenery as well as a dreamlike pool area. As part of a residential complex composed of three holiday homes, this romantic ground floor flat features a spacious, light-filled living and dining room with beautiful archways and an integrated, very well-equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms (one with a single bed, the other with a double bed and a single bed) and one bathroom with a bathtub, accommodating up to four people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, cable television, and a washing machine.



In the communal outdoor area of the residential complex, you will find a large pool and a generous terrace equipped with recliners and tables. Here you can sunbathe under the warm sunshine and refresh yourself in the cool water of the pool, all while admiring the stunning view of the rugged mountains and volcanoes of Lanzarote. Take a stroll through the garden in the evenings and unwind with a glass of wine on the terrace.



A supermarket as well as several restaurants and bars are located a 2-minute drive from the property, while a great variety of shops can be found in the centre of Tías, about a 7-minute drive or 4.4 km away. To explore the beautiful nature of the island, you can visit the golden sandy beach of Puerto del Carmen, about a 15-minute drive from the residence, or discover the collection of natural parks on the western side of the island, located a 5-minute drive away. Immerse yourself in the unique and stunning nature of Lanzarote’s volcanoes, countryside, and sandy beaches.
