Located a stone's throw from the beating heart of Costa Teguise, is our Villa Lanzabur. A colourful three-bedroom, three-bathroom villa ideal for bookings of up to six guests. Great for those who don't want to hire a car, this villa is within walking distance to all local amenities, including supermarkets, bars and restaurants. You'll also find two sandy beaches to choose from, making for a great day out with the kids. 
Alternatively, enjoy topping up your tan back at Villa Lanzabur. The terrace is split into two, with a pool one side, and you're dining facilities and sun loungers another. In addition, the gate that partitions the two can be closed and locked for ease of mind. Inside the villa is homely with a modern, fully equipped kitchen that leads on to a comfortable living room. Upstairs you'll find three bedrooms, one master king-size bedroom with a  private ensuite, and a further two bedrooms that share a separate shower room. All come with cool air conditioning to keep you cool on those warm summer nights.

To access the villa there is a path which is 77cm wide. The front door has a width of 115cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 83cm wide. The poolside area is flat, with an edging around the pool. The pool itself has step access. There are no bedrooms on the ground floor. There are 15 steps to the first floor, these stairs are slightly spiral. This can be seen in the images. The master bedroom door has a door width of 72, whilst the ensuite door is 62 cm wide. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 115cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 115cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Important Information - This property has staircase railings that feature larger gaps. Please take extra care in these areas, especially if you are travelling with children. We strongly recommend close supervision at all times.
