"We have just returned from our visit to No 2. What a stunning location!! The cottage had everything we needed (family of 4, two teenagers) and the hosts had thought of all the necessities and more. The chocolates, soap and flowers were a lovely addition. We found a lot to do in the area - Oban was just 30-40 mins away and there were waterfalls, walks and cycle tracks nearby. We went to the pub in Kilchrenan and got takeway from Black Rock curries just along the road. Dalavich had a little shop...

"Lovely little gem off the beaten path of more touristy areas but good location to explore area of Glenfinnan, Ben Nevis and Glen Coe etc. We really enjoyed are stay in this beautiful little property which was so peaceful and quiet with lovely garden to explore, and that had lovely view from the top. Norries tip for drink on seat up top a very good idea :) Thank you so much Anna and Norrie for our stay, we were very sad it went to quick so hope to be back again soon. Justin and Gwen :)"

"You are staying on a boat on land however it was modernised with flushing toilets and hot water and heating. Hosts Lynette and Angus were lovely and could not do enough for us, loved our welcome treats and nice touches throughout the boat. Perfect for a couple with medium size dog. Would give Hope to be back again. Thank you for the amazing stay "

"The lodge was fabulous. It was spacious, yet cosy. And very well equipped, from everything in the kitchen & utility, to all of the entertainment. We loved the sauna & games room, & the dogs loved the huge garden. They also loved their walks down to Loch Awe. On rainy mornings just chilling in the lodge was lovely. Also, the beds were very comfortable & we all slept well. We visited Inveraray Castle & Jail Museum, Mull, Oban & Loch Lomund. Despite the rain, we had a wonderful holiday. "

"The cottage is lovely. Just perfect to wind down and relax. We were in the area for a family wedding & were only there for the weekend but it was lovely to sit in the sun room for beakfast and just chill. I would love to go back for a longer stay."

"Very nice, nice cottage. Water and plants everywhere, could use some gravel on the driveway. This was disclosed in the information, but going slowly was the ticket. Washer and dryer was great we stayed for a week and with a load we were ready for the next stay. Being 70 liked the fact of no stairs."

"Lovely 4 night family stay, weather not great but enough time between showers for walking. Hot tub a bonus as it doesn’t matter what the weather is to make full use. One item missing from the kitchen was a sieve so we had to get creative for pasta and vegetables. Could also have done with some kitchen clothes (J cloths or similar) and some coat hooks for hanging up wet coats etc."

"Perfect for our fishing trip. Plenty of space inside & outside Cabin very comfortable, clean & kitchen well equipped. We took all our provisions with us as no supermarket nearby. Nearby cafe has a nice selection of food & drinks. Friendly service."

"Myself and 11 friends had a great stay at Taynuilt. The house was perfect for the big group, the outdoor space, hot tub and number of bedrooms and bathrooms in particular. The kitchen was great for cooking and well equipped. The host was very helpful and communicative. Would definitely recommend and stay again! "
