"Mein_Lieblingsplatz" - Modern, bright vacation apartment with large garden

A modern and bright, fully equipped vacation rental with clean lines, warm wood, and an inviting living area featuring a semi-open kitchen. A separate bedroom with blackout curtains for a restful night’s sleep. A high-quality sofa (Bolia) that folds out into a double bed with a spring mattress (140 cm wide), allowing the apartment to accommodate three or four guests. Surrounded by a large garden, featuring a patio, a swing, and a sandbox, all enclosed within a child-safe fence. The large, park-like garden (approx. 1,500 m²) is shared between the vacation rental and the family vacation rental.

The house is located on the outskirts of town in a green setting, yet is only a 9-minute walk or a 3-minute bike ride from the bakery, the town center, and other recreational opportunities, such as a playground and tennis courts. Bicycles can be rented in the town center and stored in the bike shed at the house.

The town offers restaurants and cafes to stop at, as well as hidden hiking trails and pastures with cows, horses, sheep, pigs, and ducks—perfect for exploring, observing, and marveling.

SPO Beach is just an 8-minute drive or a 25-minute bike ride away. Equidistant from the house is a riding facility offering pony rides and beach riding excursions.
