This cozy, beach-house style 3-room apartment with its own private entrance and terrace is located on the ground floor. It offers approximately 85 sqm of living space, featuring two bedrooms and a spacious living room.



The apartment consists of an entrance area with an open kitchen and a cozy dining area for 4 people with an extendable table, a separate living room, two separate bedrooms, a large shower room with WC, and a practical storage room.



A private, beautiful, and sheltered terrace with outdoor furniture, 2 sun loungers, an electric awning, a parasol, and a small front garden belongs to the apartment. Additionally, a stunning, large, park-like garden with sun loungers, a playground, benches, and a BBQ area for the summer season is available to all guests.



Bedroom 1: 1.8 x 2 m double bed with two individual mattresses and a closed footboard.



Bedroom 2: 1.8 x 2 m box-spring bed with an open footboard and a TV.



The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, Nespresso machine, microwave, 4-plate stove, oven, kettle, toaster, and a fridge with a freezer compartment. Here, you will also find an extendable dining table that accommodates up to 4 guests.

It is an impressive historic thatched-roof estate dating back to 1832, featuring a 7,000 sqm park-like garden with many quiet retreats—perfect for relaxing. A children’s play area and a BBQ spot with a charcoal grill are open for all guests to enjoy.



Guest Access:

You have the apartment entirely to yourself. It features its own private entrance and a private terrace. The park-like garden, the BBQ area, the playground, and the laundry room are shared facilities available for all guests to use.
