"Wonderful location. The cottage was warm and cosy and had everything we needed apart from a tin opener. Some of the baking trays were well worn. The beds were extremely comfortable. Parking was an issue and on arrival in the village a very rude woman told us there was only parking for their guests and nowhere for anyone else. "

"It's a really quiet location, beautiful views and lots of bushes in the garden, which attract birds. Well equipped small place, everything you need is there. Good location to explore Snowdonia and north Wales. Plenty of national trust places nearby as well as natural beauty spots. We'll definitely come back."

"The owner only sent entry instructions after i emailed the day before asking about them. Hotels.com said pets stayed for free but we were charged ÂŁ7 per night. We couldn't get the shower to warm up. There were no instructions for anything in the cabin. The beds are very small doubles. Strangely there was no kettle in the lodge. It needs a lot of TLC. One positive is the setting is stunning. It's well overpriced for what you get. "

"We were so excited on arrival to the cottage and it didn't disappoint.
